That means that as long as your home is monitored with Lifeline Fire and Security and Monitronics, you will have a complete warranty on your system. There is no charge for labor or replacement parts. As the exclusive Monitronics dealer in the state of Hawaii, we sell, install, service, and monitor the equipment ourselves so there is no need to worry about who is protecting your house.

Lifeline Fire and Security offers you the ability to tailor the system to your specific needs. Whether it is to protect your entire house or selected rooms, you can choose the number of sensors to install. We have found that our standard package is sufficient for the average house, however if you wish to add extra protection, the system is completely adaptable to your individual needs.
Can I activate the alarm system when I am home alone?
Absolutely! The sensors in your system can be positioned in your home to protect areas around you. Also, a panic button can be installed for extra peace of mind.
I have pets, can I still have an alarm system installed?
Over 25% of Lifeline Fire and Security customers have pets. We know that pets are members of the family and we protect them as well. The sensors are pet friendly for pets that are 40lbs or less, for larger pets we can customize the system to allow larger pets to roam freely in the home. Because our system is wireless it is very easy to adapt for pets.
Can Lifeline Fire and Security listen in and invade my privacy?
No, it is not possible; we guarantee it. Not only is eavesdropping illegal, our LIFELINK two-way communication technology is not designed to initiate a call. The LIFELINK system can only be initiated in the event an alarm.
I have another alarm company's system. Can I have the LIFELINK features installed?

Is Lifeline Fire and Security a licensed contractor?
Yes, we are a licensed contractor in the State of Hawaii. Our License Number is C-24413. Some companies operate with out this license and do not comply with policies and standards that are set by the State for your protection.
